Complaints and returns:
According to provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights (Journal of laws of 2014, item 827), the Customer has the right to terminate a contract without giving any reasons within 14 days from the date of coming into possession of the ordered products.

All returns to our warehouse have to be set and confirmed by our firm.
A customer is obligated to cover any costs of shipment of returned products. We do not accept any returns in Cash on Delivery form.
