3.suppliers of legal and consulting services and supporting Love Gifts in pursuing due claims (law firms, debt collection companies),
4. persons authorized by you as part of exercising your rights.

Due to the fact that we use the services of other suppliers, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. In this case, the transfer of data will be based on the relevant agreement between Love Gifts and the entity, containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.

If the data were processed by us for the purpose of pursuing claims (e.g. in debt recovery proceedings), we process the data for this purpose for the period of limitation of claims, resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code. We process all data processed for the purposes of accounting and for tax reasons for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose. After the abovementioned periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
